All the rest of your comment was a list of grievances, again with nothing to back them up. Feelings don't matter in the legal system. Facts do. All previous presidents have worked with the national archives if they wanted documents and memorabilia. Trump did not. And he purportedly kept documents which are not/should not be kept outside of a highly secure location. Easy as that...
