  2.  @AndrewPriester  It is good for you to recognize that you have no idea how Congress works. HR2 was a showcase bill...a talking point bill. It was not a serious attempt at creating legislation. To actually govern, the House and Senate must work together to create legislation. The Lankford bill was created with bipartisan work by Republicans, Independents, and Democrats. THAT is how legislation is written. But your hero blocked it to create a campaign issue.
