Of course, details are sealed, but if you had followed the case you'd know that 32 of 35 points of the lawsuit were dismissed and of the 3 remaining points the burden of proof by Sandmann were so high he settled very soon after. Most nuisance offers are in the $35k-$50k range. Do you want even further proof? After the lawsuit Sandmann quietly entered college without any changes to his life or his parents life. The burden of proof of defamation, especially for a "news" org is incredibly high. I believed Fox would get out of the suit, but I guess discovery of the texts and emails during discovery was damning. 🤷‍♂️
