  2. They say she can't get along with anyone and is combative. She has an upcoming review of her non-tender. This non-tender action happens quite frequently in the community college level. She was tenure track, but had not yet passed either of her reviews. As a program chair, I had a few of these decisions during my time. Hard to say what the story really is about because admins are legally bound to employee privacy.
