  12.  @maddhatter3564  If you would take the time to read what Trump is actually indicted for, you'd learn he is not charged with handling documents. He is charged with not returning the documents as provided in the presidential records act, the same way all past presidents have. And, he is also charged with conspiracy to hide the documents he was asked to return. The Clinton case was a legal adjudication that tapes of a conversation he had with an author were indeed his personal property. There is absolutely no equivalency in Trump's case.
