  5.  @vohawk  The eminent domain protections that all US citizens had were gutted by the 2005, Kelo vs New London Supreme Court ruling by ALL conservative members voting to gut the protection and ALL liberal members dissenting. Texas, in 2005, rewrote their eminent domain foreclosure laws in the REPUBLICAN Texas State Legislature. You cannot rewrite history just because you don't like reality.

I find it ironic that you choose to do so on the site of fox news, the network whose ceo decided and admitted in court that lying is ok with his group as long as it makes money. I choose to take this to mean that facts and reality have no place on this site and you can make up your own! Why not?

And yet, you bought those lies (and still promote them, as I can see from some of your other posts). A dozen talking heads lying on the biggest platform in the country vs one person posting....and you have a problem with the one person instead. 🤡
