  3. Always has. Starving the middle results in weakening the purchasing power which feeds business. The Rs have tried trickle-down three times now with Reagan, W Bush, and Trump. It has failed to yield results for average Americans each time.

  6. Bezos company has used American infrastructure heavily for years while paying a lower tax rate than average Americans whose tax moneys pay for those roads, bridges, ports, and airports. His company will now pay at least 15%. This is still too low, but better than it has been.

  7. What always hits me as strange is how desperate Fox and the Rs are to drill every last drop of American oil as quickly as possible. It is not an endless supply. Once depleted, we will rely only on foreign sources. Aren't these same folks always worried about "my grandkids"? It's the grandkids who will pay the piper.
