@fearthehoneybadger Do you know that the Murdochs have $100s of millions of loans from Chinese state banks? When you fund Fox by watching you are in essence paying the Chinese.

@fearthehoneybadger Your statement is curious. Trump did state that he wanted to rebalance our trade with China, but went about it in the wrong way, imho. Tariffs on components coming from China actually slowed American manufacturing and made products more expensive. I also believe we sold out to China decades ago. Mainly in the name of cheap products. We allowed it to happen and encouraged it by shopping for "cheap" instead of well made American products. Building the domestic manufacturing base is much more effective. But we'd need to assume the higher prices of domestically produced goods and realize that keeping the business at home raises all ships.
