  1.  @plecoguy  Is he threatening to move unless he gets his way? It's a common tactic. The city must do a cost/benefit analysis before committing to this. My state's law requires this because of a non-donation clause in our public financing laws.

  2. My city was ready to throw millions in subsidies to Amazon in order to get a distribution center before the public got ahold of the city councilors. They backed down. Corporate strong-arm tactics.
