  9. ​ @aahodos8429  Russian military jets fly international airspace near Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the East Coast, and the West Coast all the time. Recently there were Russian submarines near the US East Coast, but still in international waters. Hence the name "international". Like where this drone was flying.
