  16.  @ehoffman2260  They have to have probable cause and be able to sign an affidavit to that effect for a judge. A judge then decides if the information is accurate and valid. Only then does a judge sign off on a search warrant. The search is specified on the warrant. DOJ is going to release the warrant and affidavits unless the Trump team objects.

  18.  @charlesiragui2473  Either. They had to retrieve the documents. Whether the removal and concealing of the documents constitutes a federal crime is yet to be seen. They retrieved 15 boxes in June, why weren't these highly classified documents returned? It seems more than just an oversight.
