1. Laura Ingraham has children and has always been single. 2. Laura states "the regime supports the ultra-wealthy" while failing to acknowledge the TCJA cut taxes and created more wealth for the über-rich and corporations and simultaneously benefitted herself while adding $2.2 trillion to the national debt.

@tomkuntz8055 1. Why would I care and how does this relate to what Laura said? 2. Why do you feel the need for deflection? 3. Why do you think your deflection makes Laura's statement less hypocritical?

@tomkuntz8055 I don't hear any Democrats spewing about how "the right" is destroying the nuclear family, but they do spend much time talking about progressive tax rates and the need to work on wealth disparity. Quite the opposite from what Ms. Ingraham suggests. If there were an Eisenhower type Republican running I would gladly vote for them, but right now the party and its candidates are bonkers.

@tomkuntz8055 Pushing for war? Nah, that was Putin and Russia who invaded Ukraine. You're talking to a Cold War Kid who believes doing what we can to support Ukraine pushing Russia out of their sovereign nation is the right thing to do. The cost of doing something today will be less than the cost of doing nothing would be tomorrow. We took on the job of being the world's big dog after WWII and cannot abdicate that duty now. We can't afford to be an insular nation at this point because like it or not globalization has happened. We rely on keeping order in Europe.

@tomkuntz8055 No, we aren't going to war with Russia. 11 months of struggling against an unprepared non-military population like Ukraine has shown Putin his weaknesses. Nuclear war with MAD? Nah, I'll call the bluff right here and now. The Ukrainian war is not an existential battle for Russia and Putin knows this. The Donbas under Zelenskyy? No different than the Donbas under his predecessor. It's a Ukrainian issue, not a Russian issue. Whether they cede territory or give the rebels the exit door is a Ukrainian issue. Putin, the oligarchs and all their corruption have raided the Russian military to the nib and it's now apparent to the world. The Russians should sue for peace now while they have the chance.

@tomkuntz8055 Zelenskyy's tyranny? Wow, you sure swallow Putin's propaganda hook, line and sinker. I must be conversing with a Russian, because no American would be such a Putin apologist like this. Ukraine was a vanity project for Putin. A feather for his and Russia's cap. But the ideology has hit reality at this point. Read some Pavel Filatyev for some reality of the Russian military. Quite an eye-opener. Probably not available to you, but you should ask why not.

@tomkuntz8055 As I said, this is completely a Ukrainian issue. It has been a part of Ukraine since ceded in 1954. If Crimeans want independence from Ukraine they can work it out with the Ukrainian government.
