  4.  @skontheroad  She was fired. A college board will give an outgoing president two choices...resign or be fired. Ask me how I know. She spoke of context. The representative was not interested in context. The first amendment has stipulations and very fine and curvy lines. She was attempting to examine those curvy lines, but the representative cut her off (as they do) to control the narrative. Backed into a corner by this, Penn had no choices but the two offered to the president. Do I ever want to see another urinate on an American flag, douse it in gasoline and burn it as their expression of free speech? No, I don't. Do they have that right? Yes, they absolutely do. Now, as we all know, freedom of speech does not mean freedom from consequences. I thought she'd receive chastisement or censure, but not the axe.
