This is absolutely horrible! It sounds like they're giving her the run around to try to hide what's really happened to both of the electric bikes. 🤨 I hope they make it right for her and she gets it altogether and in one piece. This is just unacceptable and highly suspicious. Thank you for bringing this to our attention Ms.Carol. My BFF had some difficulty receiving merchandise for her business from them over a year ago. She did receive the second order. But has no idea whatever happened and became of the first order. It was apparently delivered to the wrong address. Strange! I wonder how often this happens?
