Great video Ms.Carol! This was a fantastic idea of your's to do this series. I watched it twice to see what he charges for just the "lot rent" but I didn't hear him say the price. Maybe I missed it twice. I imagine he's probably full of people who bring their own RV/travel trailers and just want to rent the lot. But just in case, do you know what it costs just to rent the lot? I'm probably going to end up buying a travel trailer for me and my cats to live in during the summer and remain stationary during the hot months. It will be easier to live in than my Pontiac Montana minivan and a bell tent. I wish Devon the best with the elections. What an intelligent young business man he is. Thanks for sharing. 🙂❤👍🏻 ❤❤❤

@gloriouslifeonwheels3621 Thank you, Ms.Carol. it won't be this summer anyway. I know those prices are amazing. I was absolutely stunned when I heard them. Tentatively I'm planning to get back out to Arizona this next winter (2022/2023). I don't want to camp host until 2024. I'm from Tucson. And I know how hot it gets out there and I'm a little concerned about being some place where I have water and electricity for my AC during the hottest months. I might end up parking on family or friend's property and paying them rent and utilities or renting at an RV park. I'm just curious more than anything at the moment how much the lot rent would be. Also what type of leases are available there such as month to month, 6 months, 12 months? I will call on Monday and find out and post what I find out. I love my family and friends dearly but I prefer to be independent. So an RV park would probably be best for me when it gets hot. 😄
