  1. You have a good number of them parking all around there Ms.Carol. I've noticed more than the usual number of them parking in the Walmart parking lot at the back of the lot. And one or two of them parking at closed a grocery store's empty parking lot off of the interstate. I have no idea about truck driving laws here in Virginia. It's a curious thing for sure.
