In America we deal with temperatures like this every summer even higher people live in the desert like Arizona New Mexico temperature is always exceeding 100° as high as 120° Fahrenheit basically you stay inside turn on your swamp cooler don't stay out in the sun any longer than you have to turn on your air conditioning and your car
