You can't go against handguns or any guns the only thing you can do is restrict the age limits no one 18 or under should be able to own any firearm that's all you need to do this is not about penalizing all the law-abiding citizens that believe in the Second Amendment the right to bear arms for protection of their home and in case of a tyrannical government like we have in Washington DC that's why we need our assault weapons
