  1. Scholtz went and gave his blessing to the Turbine. (well, he was garant of Minsk accords too..) But he cannot take it over to Russia without Canada, EU, US lifting their sanction on delivering parts of engines. Canada could send it to Siemens only if it didnot go further ! That turbine is, ups, not under sanction, but might be found to fit some sanction (transport?) when back in Russia... Canada was sure it was sanctionned 2 months ago, that is if sent directly to Russia . Breach, breach, who has the best lawyers, see you in 2030
