  1. Lula 1 had already compromized on a lot, or with some folk. He had priorities, that worked. Roussef was in a more difficult situation from the start, compromized badly and her power twindled.... Fake charges yes, wrongly smeared, but politically weak. Is that a hot seat for her? There were younger good economists in Brazil.
