  1. it wasnot some labelling of Russia. The whole offensive speeches was to (patiently: the attitude, behaviour of a mediocre empty-rethoric fool!) explain to them what Russia is ( insults and so on yes!) bc how might they have an opinion.... Most do not care for the troubles in Europe, they care about what is done to them in Africa. Most want the Françafrique done with, troups gone, etc when an embassor is told to leg it, he doesnot move :he is the governor and ask YK to discipline them.... YK, NGO told to go, no, they stay. Have, among other attacks just tried the unsuccessful haïti - venezuela-... "30(50, )mercenaries-" infiltration. And they can analyse the talks and deeds as the best putin, can put to shame the EU-US incompetent officials' blabla. As if one has to compete with them, the utter nullity and decay is bare and repulsive. Plus the old grievances. The non-ethical non-diplomacy is the least.
