France, government not doctors, doesnot authorize djabs given in Italy for ex., nor vaccines from Cuba, China etc.., only 3 Pharma djabs. Those, who refuse the Pfizer purpose, manipulations and prices, and mistrust with reason their government 's mandates, might wish a vaccine. US only sells, exports. How about import, buying from the country of an US asset??
