Governments elected to care for their people couldnot care less, follow a personal ideological path, under the pretext of protection (they do care! ) from an inexisting danger, an ideological danger rather, more mortal than freezing and starving. She blows the pretext off :could not care less for those who voted her in office, even less for the others in her 'democratic' ' republic'. She cares for foreigners, outsiders. It must be "value"able.
