  3. too many people siphoning wildly before it goes dry. a lot of fleeing Ukrainians do not flee Russia nor the war. They took the occasion to get out now the country was anchored to EU, no paperwar, maybe a little help som bonus, a many year desperation, and a big delusional picture of EU countries. So Canadians emigrating massively, Usmericans looking around but they have spoiled the best parts, Europeans packing their bags, if they still have the means to be welcomed somewhere and time to sell their property before the crash... Migration as a merry-go-round. The same countries that advertise for the right kind of migrants and loose their owns.
