  4. it could have done that on a previous very important date - as should have the so called neutrals. That if EU =war + warmongering, they are for Peace, no war and quit! It cannot be an instant Leave or - exit, but it makes EU countries think for a minute what their 'project' us about. Well now how about such a declaration about Corruption or EU never following its own rules ???
