  1. he was scheduled to hold a lecture. He was prevented to keep it, before any potential deed against the law. How can a body, a person "offend" /break the law (and order?) just by beeing? The swiss border police had no previous alert against him . Where and how did his identity trigger the alert? The Swiss have to investigate and answer, specially if it happened through foreign interference/surveillance.
