A normal honest person, even as politician, cannot figure the insanity, evil, behind the provocations. anyway the Kiev army was strong and menacing. So they had to come and "knock on the door" politely , as nobody came to meet them. And to review some strategy, at the opposite of opponents that use the one textbook , or one playline.
