The huge question, when the parents had to alert help so often, was he a danger to himself /others.,is why he wasnot treated in a proper place (there is none) ,, had not a treatment he could not leave untaken, or that could suit his case ( no healthinsurance ?). Ambulance and hospital seem apropriate that day. Have the medics the training to immobilise the patient ? At least they do not carry guns nor teasers.
