@paulrodgers252 let me see if I got this straight, you enlisted in two branches of the military, went through two renditions of military basic training, have time in service in two different branches that both have their own standard operating procedures, as well as being a part of the UCMJ, and still didn't understand the piece of paper that you were signing, when you signed it twice, and what you were voluntarily forefeiting when you voluntarily signed those contracts?

@paulrodgers252 considering they are both active duty marines they are legally considered govt property, since they did legally sign a contract stating such, furthermore if there is a victim, there is a crime, and in the case of domestic violence, there is a victim, so there is a crime.

Because this is what USC 14 Sec 3 says verbatim Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability. How does any of this apply to this case here?

How is that an act against authority, he outranks her.....Listen here stolen valor, he was an E9 at the time of the alleged incident, she was an E7 at the time of the alleged incident, he holds authority over her, by being two pay grades above her. So please do tell how insurrection even remotely applies here.... Also the abbreviation for civilian is civ, not civil.

I have asked him several times for basic info like his date of entry, date of separation, his MOS, and highest rank held while he was in the Marine Corps, and he has utterly failed to provide any of this basic info, but yet he is perfectly fine with sharing his supposed last four of his SSN on the world wide web, for everyone and their entire family tree to see.....
