@paulrodgers252 what does insurrection, or rebellion have to do with a USMC Sergeant Major being accused of beating his Gunnery Sergeant wife..... Because this is what USC 14 Sec 3 says verbatim
Section 3 Disqualification from Holding Office
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
How does any of this apply to this case here?

@pnastysavage5510 he isn't even a grunt, Paul Rodgers is not his real name, the last four of his SSN that he provided are not his, and when I looked him up, I could not find anyone that was commissioned and separated from the Marine Corps, and the only people I found that shared the same name that were in the corps are all dead, but that wouldn't matter either way because both of those dead service members never commissioned in the USMC.
I have asked him several times for basic info like his date of entry, date of separation, his MOS, and highest rank held while he was in the Marine Corps, and he has utterly failed to provide any of this basic info, but yet he is perfectly fine with sharing his supposed last four of his SSN on the world wide web, for everyone and their entire family tree to see.....

@paulrodgers252 this should have already been done and over with by now, it literally takes less than 10 minutes to take a picture of a document, go into your gallery, edit that picture, and then go onto my account, copy the email listed, go into your email, draft a new email, paste my email address in the email address bar, add the picture as an attachment, and then send it.
