  1. Wrong. It started in 1991. Ukraine was never meant to be independent, although Russia was too weak to take it over in the 90s. This is their last ditch effort.

  2.  @NatashaEstrada  Yeah the Bolsheviks quickly reconquered Ukraine. Russia is attempting the same although of course the tech and world situation is drastically different now.
