I have a question. If science one day was able to create an AI of human intelligence, would it have a soul?

@ISRA TN But I am saying if the AI was encapsulated in flesh and you literally could not tell it apart from a human, does it have a soul? And if not, why would a human (just made of organic molecules) have a soul?

First of all, only 2000 years seperates us from the end of classical egypt to now. Second, more progress has happened in the past 200 yrs than in 200,000. A few more hundred years should be sufficient for first transhumanists. Just missed the boat all of us

Yes it is. I wonder sometimes what is the point of getting up and doing things when I will be potting soil in 100 yrs. But then I remember my ancestors had the same thought for thousand of years and I can't let them down

Almost certain the compaby will either go defunct or the facility will be shut down one day. Also it is quite impossible to reanimate frozen meat and I predict immortality will be simply chips to store memory like in altered carbon
