  1. It's only shocking because the last 200 years saw more change than the last 200,000 years before that. I dare say a stretch of time between 1800 and 2000 BC would be less interesting

  2.  @togowack  Lol what? I agree the further back in history you go the more likely things are fabricated/made up but the industrial age is pretty well documented. The time Russell and his grandpa grew up.

  3. Joke I guess. But here's the thing--all you can do is exercise, eat a bit well. Your longevity is mostly embedded in your genetics, so not much you can do in that department. Live well, and you will depart when your genes command so.
