  1. It's because we are getting older and sequential years occupy smaller portions of our total experience. I read somewhere that mentally our life is half way over at age 18 since the 2nd half of our life zooms by so fast.

  3. I recommend keeping a small daily journal. Our days have become so repetitive that I fear our brain is forgetting much of the year

  4.  @sashhhaa4874  Not as bad as you think--the days are long, the years are short. Day to day, your perception of time shouldn't change too much. Try to do new things as much as you can. I'm talking about when you look back on your life, you will disproportionally remember your childhood compared to adulthood
