  2. Actually, if we don't have a soul we can do whatever we wish wrong or good and die with zero consequence. If we do have a soul what we do in this life could have potentially eternal consequences. World of difference.

  3. It will be you. Think about it--every five years of so all of your cells are basically replenished. You just need a continuous stream of memories to mimic personal identity.
