  2. Look at the countries and leaders that have sovereign wealth funds -- monarchs, dictators, autocratic leaders... that tells you something.

  3. Sovereign wealth funds are for sovereigns -- monarchs, dictators, and other autocratic leaders. That's pretty transparent that Trump wants one.
