I remember when Indian restaurant all-you-can-eat-buffets were $6.95 (15-20 years ago). Now they're $11 - $15 or more.

Lol it's actually because of capitalism. Also, Trump approved massive spending plans first. Also, the Fed is responsible for printing money and monetary policies, not so much the president and congress.

@mneedes2 The worse economic policy is to allow for poverty and for poor people to continue being poor. This brings down the whole country and effects the productivity and GDP of the whole country. If the society brings up those who need support, this benefits the whole society/country.

@moxygenpathogen7678 What you're chasing has never and will never exist, not on a large scale like the US. Too bad that pure free market capitalism has never existed, and it's always been a mixed system and you benefit from the socialist ideas you're so afraid of. When everybody has access to healthcare, let's talk about socialism (which it still wouldn't be because it would still be a mixed system).

@moxygenpathogen7678 You're right to point out that minimum and low wage workers don't get paid enough or adequate healthcare, so that's why it's ridiculous that people can make more from unemployment.
