Of course they talk that way!! I don't doubt that, I believe that FRAVOR did see something as an aerialphenomenon but there's a good chance he was drunk or hungover, this is all based off that PBS special called "carrier" as soon as you wash all of that you will understand why FRAVOR is not someone you could trust

Look up the PBS series "CARRIER" Fravor is a squadron commander for the squadron attached to the USS Nimitz during that reality show. You'll see how he acts and you'll know he is prime for bull💩

@Ken Stanaford I'm sure they believe whatever they saw, and so would I and so wouldn't you if you were in their position.... But I'm also saying you could do a little more background on "CMDR Fravor" I NEVER KNEW THIS GUY UNTIL I SAW THAT PBS SPECIAL THEN SUDDENLY 10 YEARS LATER I SEE HIM ON RADIO SHOWS IN ON TV TALKING ABOUT HIS EXPERIENCE.

@Ken Stanaford sounds very interesting, I'm always looking for a good reason to believe, I saw something once myself, and I was with two of my friends butto this day I don't think they could wrap their own heads around it, and they say that we must have saw a hot air balloon or a blimp regardless of the fact that it was between midnight and 2 in the morning.
