  3.  @historylessons893  After the Tughlaq dynasty of Delhi, the Bahmanis, Deccan Sultanates, Jaunpur Sultanate, Malwis, Gujaratis, and Bengalis all became independent Muslim states. These coincided with the Vijayanagara Empire, Rajputs, and Gajapatis. And yes the Marathas defeated the Mughals. But they did not conquer Muslim Bengal, Mysore, the Carnatic, Hyderabad, Awadh, and Sindh.

  4.  @historylessons893  Whole eastern europe beyond the danube was not even considered “europe” at the time of the huns and scythians. And yes they lost North Africa and Turkey. But no Muslim power ever reached the Scandinavia or the Low Countries, much less the British isles. Whilst many have invaded Tamil Nadu, the farthest point in India. The Vijayanagar Empire defeated the Bahmani Sultanate. Then the Deccanis defeated the Vijayanagar Empire. The Rajputs defeated the Malwa and Gujarat Sultanate. Then the Mughals defeated the Rajputs. And the Gajapati dynasty as well. Marathas raided and plundered and extracted tribute. But they could never dislodge Muslims from Bengal, South India, and the Northwest. They could not even govern their internal territories properly, there was no centralized and sturdy bureaucratic state apparatus. The simple fact of the matter is that one-third of the subcontinent is Muslim today. While in Europe it is less than 5%. And the Indians could never recover Pakistan or Bangladesh, unlike Europeans with North Africa and the Levant during the colonial age.

  5.  @historylessons893  You need some history lessons man… Franks never fought against Scythians, and they barely controlled much of Eastern Europe in the first place. They did help with the Christianization of Slavic and Magyar tribes though.

  7.  @historylessons893  The Franks defeated the Magyars in 955 and converted them to Christianity. So in reality they were expanding the frontiers of Christianity, instead of reclaiming lost land. Few conquerors in India have converted to Hinduism.
