Also, history isn’t a transitive property. You’re going to need to back up your claim with a historical record that explicitly mentions such a conversation. Most of that population resided in Egypt, Mesopotamia, and the Indus Valley anyways. Not to mention sizable population centers in Anatolia, the Levant, and Central Asia. Only a fraction would be from the Iranian plateau.

The real reason has to do with geography and distance.
