  1. The reason why helicopter blades on earth spin at "only" 500 rpm is because of their size or length. That little helicopters has much smaller blades and therefore it'll spin faster. Look at similar sized helicopters on earth like rc helicopters; they also spin at 2000 rpm+. Tip speed is the actual indication of speed, not rpm. That's a relative term
