And here I am complaining about a bit of rain.

One thing I learned from the video. I really want that guy's car.

@CommandoJenkins well it's wrong nonetheless. They waged war, they started it, it's always wrong.

@Level27_Dovahkiin of course we cannot really judge, but it sends strong messages. You're basically saying "some of them are very sinful, so what?" which is simply false. But we still cannot decide if they're good or bad people based on only that, true.
3
@Level27_Dovahkiin Well, it is a sin to drink. Same with many other sins. But of course, as I've said, it isn't enough to judge people. As I also said, being very sinful is sending strong messages of being a bad person, but it doesn't mean it is so.

@BlackWinds you get a cookie

@vermin5367 I don't even know if to call it war, it was basically an ethnical cleansing. Use violent methods to remove those already living there. It's common and happened. Disease is on part, but never the whole thing.

The container is gravity. It's the force keeping the atmosphere from escaping. How would you explain that pressure decreases with altitude? Different density of objects doesn't give objects a direction of where to fall, which is to the ground. How can that be explained then?
2
@quantumeraser4833 You got way to stuck on the meaning of gravity being a force. Your "facts" didn't disprove anything. Gravity acts as a force, by bending space-time and therfore affecting objects just like a force. A "container" is just a metaphor for something holding in the atmosphere, just as the word "wall" can be used as such. Secondly, you gave a way to vague explanation to my argument of different gas pressure at altitudes, please explain. If you've ever designed or used a vacuum container you know that the lid is being pressed hardly against the vacuum, because of the pressure of the surrounding air. The more air you suck out of the container, the harder the lid presses. Now, why does this pressure decrease with altitude was my simple question.

@NathanOakley1980 Your flat-earth theory fits that description perfectly, it's spot on. A simple google search will provide you with endless arguments for gravity, just like those two I have given you, which you still ignore to answer. The reason being: they crush your theory single handedly, because you base it on pseudoscience. You don't even care to look at them, seemingly. Actually, it would be nice to at least have an explanation for them from your perspective, if something. But it's to hard for your narcissistic mind I see, as with many of you flat-earthers.
2
@Deltelly People seem to have a hard time balancing their worldview. Usually, they have more in common than they want to agree on, from dogmatic, science-hating extremist to the close-minded scientist; unable to think outside the box, they unite at both having narcissistic traits. My freedom being taken from me, like with my ancestors in the past, or the freedom being misused to create modern, seemingly extreme "ideologies" of denial, as in the second example... I don't know what scares me more. Frightening, indeed.
2
@quantumeraser4833 It's is a flat-earthers job to prove the claim of a earth being flat, and same goes for a round-earther. At least give arguments. Are you for real giving me a lesson for using stereotype-fallacies? The guy's arguments I debate with are filled with it, and you are not the one needed to comment that with that mess of a text you just posted, fool. Triggred, eh? Hypocrites, both of you.
2
@Deltelly Bunch of trolls and morons, that's what they are. They can't even bother to answer a single argument, they are hypocrites by how they interpret our words and to wrap it up, are extremely obnoxious to hide their ignorance. Have a laugh.
2
yeah, for the wholesale slaughter of the unborn
2
Well if you have foreign background then it's sometimes easier to just say it in native. Or if the name is very similar in English to the native language as some of your examples, but that would be in informal talking only. Otherwise it's just weird, I would never pronounce Germany as Deutschland, I am not of German ancestry nor do the words even closely resemble.
2
@patricksi1443 wtf you talking about? facepalm
2
Shit.
1
@quantumeraser4833 What is your problem? Gravity ACTS as a force it is NOT a force! I said it so clear a 5 year old could understand! And what is your problem with a "container" being a metaphor? Are you too inexperienced with language to not understand such a simple thing? Where the hell is your argument against it?! If I'm wasting your time, then stop answering me, hypocrite.
1
@NathanOakley1980 Why can't it not? Read more about how curvature of space-time works and you'll see it's possible. If you think time is purely an abstract concept created by the human mind, you are either badly informed or just so full of yourself you can't even bother to open a physics book. If gravity is false, once again, why is there difference in atmospheric pressure with height? What explains the direction of falling objects?

Song at 12:25?

@Level27_Dovahkiin of course, but what I'm saying is that people who tend to do "obvious" sins very often, also tend to do many other sins. If I for example scream at someone (which could be a sin) of pure anger it is not an "obvious" sin because it is much harder to control. But still, it is completely true what you say, we cannot judge based on that because we don't know for certain.
