If the cop wasn't on the road, nothing would have happened - because if you use your EYES, you can see that car wasn't even in the same lane as the other car that stopped. This is the thing with you idiots - you don't even watch the actual video.

If he wasn't there, literally nothing would have happened. The car would have driven by them. Instead, you have a bunch of dumbasses on the highway with stopped cop cars. Real brilliant.
