  1. Honestly, this slow boil to having every developer do 1 type of thing and never venture into other elements of their industry is the actual problem. User experiences were way more interesting when programmers and designers didn't silo themselves away from each other. "DevOps" is just another example of encouraging specialization over comprehensive understanding of the entire project.
