  1.  @paultimson6674  "Soda" is just carbonated water. I know this because I've watched it being made. What is added after that is all that matters. In this case, HFCS is the main reason for obesity. The trend lines don't lie. Soda was very popular in the 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s. It wasn't until the 80s and 90s where HFCS was replaced for actual sugar that people began to gain hard-to-lose-weight.

  2. Soda isn’t the problem. It’s high fructose corn syrup. Don’t listen to anyone telling you that it’s the same as sugar.
