As a former Pittsburgh steelworker who saw the same thing happen to his community, people losing houses, getting divorced, broken families, loss of population, businesses closing, etc... the only feeling I have is schadenfreude. They took our jobs, now it's their turn.

She's a liar. I saw the original video.
257
Citizen: I can't afford food. CCP: You need a new refrigerator.
209
Never interrupt your enemy when he's making a mistake.
193
As a former Pittsburgh steelworker, my only feeling is schadenfreude.
156
I'll bet that the people that bought a new car a couple of months ago feel about the same as the used car dealers. Insurance companies should look out for a steep rise in new car theft!
130
Katherine Tai, an immigrant from Taiwan whose parents fled Communist China, as United States Trade Representative is a genius move. I'm sure that this irritates the hell out of the CCP.
59
@andreas5563 It's not only China. This is a harbinger of things to come worldwide. Businesses that depend on an increasing population and consumerism will have to rethink their business models.
55
That's why I have never bought an Apple product and never will.
45
I don't buy anything unless I examine it first, except for books. I also never buy any Apple products. With a 400-500% markup, they would easily make a killing if their products were produced in Antarctica. Apple would still rake in megabucks if its factories were in the USA.
43
@willywonka4340 It's nothing compared to Communist greed.
27
As a former Pittsburgh steelworker, I can only say, "Sorry, but not sorry!".
26
@paulvon2378 Pooh's poor leadership has taken its toll, and it has just begun.
25
As a former Pittsburgh steelworker who had his job shipped overseas, I guess I should sympathize, but mostly I just feel schadenfreude.
24
The idea of buying something that I can't look at, on leased ground, from someone I trust as much as a used car salesman is ridiculous, especially at such an incredibly high price, with low wages.
24
True, and the greediest are crying the loudest!
23
I've seen that happen many times in Taiwan. A greedy landlord raises the rent, the business closes or moves, and the storefront sits empty, sometimes for a year or more.
20
To the world.
20
@MSDGroup-ez6zk Just keep on posting the same thing, wumao. At least you're getting paid.
19
@taryntaryn9090 POOH, and again I say Pooh!
18
Some of those building look really amazing. It's a shame that they'll never be finished.
17
@scienceproducts439 Because women only wear somehing a few times before it is relegated to the back of the closet. Men wear things out before replacing them.
15
CCP: What flooded villages? What people need rehomed? What cleanup? The number of deaths has decreased!
13
You can't afford food and rent, but a new car is a lot cheaper.
13
It's just a matter of time.
13
@talkinghand122 China would gain a lot if it discards the CCP!
11
@Mr11ESSE111 Your comment isn't worth fifty cents. You should be demoted to liangmao.
11
LOL! South Africa just told Putin that if he comes to the BRICS summit in SA, he'll be arrested on an international warrant for war crimes.
11
Why would you hire a capable engineer or manager when you could hire your doofus brother-in-law who would give you half of his salary?
11
@pablosskates7067 It's too competitive in Taiwan. University graduates are delivering food in Taiwan, too.
11
People wanted to gamble on the property market, forgetting that when they gamble they can lose the bet.
10
And should be traded in after a few years, so don't get married.
10
It's probably going to be the last leek harvest for Hainan, so they have to make sure it's a big one.
10
Now they're trying to eat it.
10
The national dictatorship, too.
9
Indoor swimmig pool.
9
@avatv5 That's why people don't go there.
9
It sounds a lot like you're saying, "Let them eat cake". That's more than most people in China make in two days.
9
He thought that it was an instruction manual.
9
@MichaelFlynn0 If the bridge is made in China, I don't want it if you pay me to take it.
9
@ambivertical Wishful thinking. Misery enjoys company.
9
@curtisalex456 No evidence of who bombed the pipeline. Probably Russia did it.
8
@Jkl62200 It's already happening. That's why there are record numbers of Chinese sleeping on the streets.
8
@amunra5330 Free from personal and economic liberty. I've been to China many times (and Hong Kong more times than I can count) and loved the people, culture, and scenery, but not since Pooh seized power. I dare not return. That's a shame, because Hong Kong used to be my favorite city on Earth.
8
@chowcheebai1139 No one wants to go there now.
8
@jinkazama1652 They steal all the toilet paper, too!
8
@awjames1121 That's where Pooh built his ghost city! On a lake! LOL!
8
I'm sure that the floods will wreak havoc with China's inadequate building foundations. The buildings were already tilting and the buildings were already shuddering.

Their new economic plan works so well in Nort Korea.
