  1. My mother got a call from a scammer who said he was a lawyer and needed bail money because my nephew (who lives in California, LOL!) got arrested for marijuana possession. She told him to call back later. Then she called my nephew and asked him what happened and he asked her what she meant. She asked him what he was doing and he said that he was walking down the street. She explained the phone call and hung up. The "lawyer" never called back.
