  1. The USA has a million of them that they were going to pay to deactivate. May as well deactivate them on the Russians. How will that harm places like Bakhmut? They're not banned by the USA, Ukraine, or Russia. Russia already used them ON CIVILIAN TARGETS, so turnabout is fair play. Ukraine can clear a million football fields of Russian troops, so if civilians see Russian troops- RUN!
