  1. 3:55 Tony Nissen is contradicting himself. Dave Dywer of the APL testified that he wanted to share the CF hull specifics to the foundry that were engineering and making the Titanium domes and rings so they could match it to each other. Tony Nissen was strongly against this, even when Dave Dywer did share some engineering plans of the CF hull with foundry Tony Nissen got so upset this resulting in APL severing relations with Ocean Gate. Tony's version of events is that they did eventuality match the rings to the V1 CF hull. If this was the case i wonder why Dave Dwyer is testifying the exact opposite.
