  4. They appear to be interested in who gave him the code. It likely breaks some HOA rule. The delivery driver saying where he delivered is fine, it is not private information. Him not saying where he was delivering is silly nonsense. He could have told them why he was on private land and been on his way in minutes. But no, he had to be an ar$e and pull the r@ce card.

  5. Had the delivery driver told them who had given him the code he would have been on his way. However, the delivery driver just became all ar$y about it and caused the issue. It is a gated community, if somebody asks what you are doing there simply answer the question, what's the big deal?

  9. This is what I don't get, it is a gated community. If a box truck is not expected to be in there, then I'd be expected to be asked how I got in and would simply tell people! Why make such a fuss over being asked how you got into a private community?

Had he said it was Joe Bloggs at number 44, this would have been resolved in minutes and he would be on his way. This is a gated community not a public space, it is irrelevant that he was wearing a uniform as that is exactly what a criminal would do to empty a home of its contents.

What's the big deal explaining why you are on somebody else's private land? It appears that the truck was not expected, it was not normal activity or broke some HOA rule. The gate code was clearly an issue, it is likely not meant to be given out and the HOA guy wanted to know who gave it out. So just tell him and be on your way. It doesn't matter to you that it might be some silly HOA rule. The response you got from "Lakeisha Rome" is typical of the, how dare they question me attitude of people today. How about you just learn to communicate and answer a reasonable question regarding what you are doing on somebody else's PRIVATE land? What on Earth is wrong with you "Lakeisha Rome"? Does it hurt your feelings being asked a reasonable question?

  42. Presumably they don't get given the gate code, the issue here appears to be who gave him the gate code, not the shade of his skin. The person who gave it will be breaking some HOA rule, that is what they are obviously trying to determine. Tell them and be on your way. Simple as that!
