  11.  @hustlinmagic  It actually is as I am an importer/exporter well used to dealing with HMRC and foreign customs systems. It literally is as simple as making a declaration that the goods will not go on to Ireland. The only checks would be required on goods going to Ireland. Goods are already waved across EU borders without checks using exactly what I described.
